In this final episode of Leading to Success Season 4, all of the first-year trainees share their perspectives on their U.S. externships and reflect on the experiences, lessons, and highlights from their time stateside.

We’re also joined by 2024 Flying Start graduate Liam Cunningham, currently working at Runnymede Farm, who gives the team valuable insights into what they can expect during their second year of the programme.
