Aloha and Welcome back, 

If you are a subscriber and following the show you know that we have been on a break for the month of June, It has been a nice time away from the hustle and bustle but I am ready to get back into it. 

If you are brand new here hello and welcome! Today is our first day back since we took a break from season 3.  I am so excited and happy that you are here.  

today I wanted to create a kick off episode for season 4.  I know that I haven't done this in the past we kind of just jumped right into the episode, but like anything else we grow and we learn from the past and I found that I tend to try and shove all of my excitement and enthusiasm into that first episode, so to avoid doing that again and really allow myself time to gradually get back into it with all of you I created the season kick off episode. This is my very first one and I have to say that I really really enjoyed doing this type of episode.  

Today is really about getting back into the swing of things and giving you guys some back story to my current life before we get into all the other episodes which im sure will revolve around today's episodes and all the main things I talked about (plus I just missed all of you and needed to talk stories for a bit) LoL

But any way I hope this episode brings you joy and encouragement as we get back into the swing of things and get ready to step into a new season so here is to a beautiful future and season 4!
