In Season 4 of Hope in a Mad World Ian and Raoul go back the roots of the Hope in a Mad World podcast by exploring aspects of nurturing and building resilience in the chaotic world in which we live. How can we remain stable when the world feels so unstable. In the first two episodes they set the foundation of nurturing and building resilience and then in the remainder of the episodes they give practical practices and rhythms to help nurture and build resilience.
