WA wins the Emerging Matildas Championship and MVP award, the Girls Festival of Community Soccer explodes while there are local clubs still trying to fill teams, our young WA 15s and 16s Emerging Socceroos prep for their tournament next week,

WA’s Leticia McKenna (Perth Glory’s Tijan McKennas sister) lands a Matildas cap, making it 3 West Aussies currently in the Matildas with Morgan Aquino and Sam Kerr in the squad

The second edition of the FIFA Series is in progress for men’s and women’s teams. There’s lots more news- tune in from 10am Saturday!

Our guest lineup is-

Lydia Williams, former Matildas Goalkeeper, joins us from Fremantle and the Home - Girls Festival of Community Soccer. The Football Futures Foundation, which does great work in the inclusive football space, has partnered up with Lydia through the Yilkari Program.

Tommy Doleman, Football West Match Reporter, rounds up the local competitions.

Teo Pellizzeri, Paramount and 10Play Match Commentator, wraps A-Leagues and National Team news. Australia has been competing in the FIFA 2026 Series. Newcastle sits atop the men’s A-League with 2 rounds left while the women’s league moves into finals series.

Matt Olsen, Round Ball Australia journalist, banters World Cup news with Dave and the team.
