Struggled with consistency when comparing every day to the perfect day

This is not sustainable, as you can feel like you failed right at the beginning of day if something goes wrong

Things take longer than you think

Experience will help to know how long things take

Better to compare your day to an average day – it will normally be either slighter better or slightly worse

The gap between the two is much smaller
