A wealthy New York heiress wants to buy a castle in Budapest, only to encounter its strange owners Prince Vuusha and his daughter Viva. Buster Lee and the team from International Investigators travel to eastern Europe to meet the heiress and sort the mess out, but not before a  village is seized by blood-thirsty vampire bats and werewolves.
