My podcast is about completing a year of resolutions coz having goals and something positive to focus on i found tremendously helped my mental health! So 12 resolutions: January - Loose Weight, February - Get Fit &amp; Healthy, March - Learn Something New, April - Be More Creative, May - Face My Fears, June - Level Up In My Business, July - learn something new and so on. Then 4 mini goals to accomplish that resolution! 
Each week I will be coming to you with my goal of the week and how it played out and possibly some banter along the way! It’s a challenge but I’m up for it! Are you? xoxo
