This is a solo episode where I’m reflecting on 2019 and realigning with new intentions for 2020.

Instead of a New Year’s resolution, I choose a few words as intentions – and then I apply them to my life. It’s more about how I want to feel instead of goals. When I align in this way, I end up creating more serendipity and ease with my life and business.
