If speaking with a customer, once you give the price, stop talking
Being confident with your quotes
Knowing exactly what is involved, the time it will take, and all expenses
Estimating for a job is much more difficult
Do you charge the customer for learning new technology thats needed, or is that an educational expense for you as a business?
