The sitemap grew from 12 pages to 42 pages
Communication with the client was not good
New design requested
When the content is delivered the work then needs scheduling in
The design is being taken on by the client as they liked them
Prices change over time and the contract needs to show deadlines in place
Fixes to put in place – explaining what is included and what isn’t
Phased delivery and when to expect them
Restart clause – if no progress for a period of time the project is paused – costs involved and when the restart can happen
Weekly Updates – even there is no work done, explain why and what is needed
Keeping communication channels open
Adding accountability on both sides
Mistakes made by both parties and the fit wasn’t working for us – leaving as friends
Speaking on the phone can save time with lots of messages back and forth
Finishing Projects – working on many projects but not finishing them
Or deleting them without attached emotion
