In this episode we discuss the New York State Judge's decision to reinstate 16 New York sanitation workers that were terminated from their employment due to their abstention from the Covid -19 vaccine. Several cases regarding wrongful termination of the unvaccinated are making their way through several jurisdictional courts in the United States, so we ask the question, do the unvaxxed deserve an apology?
