Be a presence of non-violence, and peace in the world. Think of Gandhi, Malala Yousafzai, Denis Mukwege, or Nadia Murad. We are the embodiment of the Divine. Ground in the tradition that there's a Universal force which connects us and makes no distinction of who we are - regardless of gender, race, class, religion, etc. - we are all one, so when we do harm to one, we harm ourselves.
