Unplug, Disconnect, Go for a walk and get outdoors
Ask them better questions, go DEEP.
Be real, raw and authentic.
Love them HARD. Love them UNCONDITIONALLY
#2 Set INTENTIONS and create space for REFLECTIONS
Together they make a POWERFUL combination
Ask yourself often…
How did I do?
What could I have done better?
What needs improvement?
With no judgment this is the art and science of self-awareness and discipline
#3 Gratitude is the secret weapon of high-performing Fathers
Start your day [Gratitude Journal] in a place of honor, love and joy
It’s hard to be mad or upset when you are in a place and space of appreciation and gratitude
The GAME of FATHERHOOD is about relentless commitment and unwaivering FOCUS.
We must SHOW UP at a level 10 and play ALL INBeing a Father of The Future is all about doing the right thing right now that will be supportive in our child’s future.
Being present, active and engaged is the key cornerstones to this powerful movement.
Men must rise up and show up to be the man they have the [potential of being]
