In today’s episode, Luke interviews Randy, his MMA coach. Both of them begin to talk about how kids nowadays start acting out and do things that they think can gain attention or power. Randy then starts describing his life when he was a teenager: being in juvenile prison and even doing drugs when he was twelve years old. Despite the rough childhood, Randy mentions two things that saved his life: fatherhood and martial arts. Having a child and focusing on jiu-jitsu is what keeps Randy grounded until this day.
