Luke is on location at Sip Coffee and Beer with owner Josh Katz.  In addition to congratulations on the success of the business, Luke congratulates Josh on becoming a father.  Josh says it’s hard to believe that he’s a father, but it’s been the greatest gift he’s ever been given.  He says the closest he can come to describing the feeling is that it’s like Christmas every day.  Josh is also on cloud nine with his newest business venture, 36 Below, a 90-minute immersive experience that was inspired partly by Covid and bringing the outside in.  During their talk, Josh and Luke discuss things like:

  • The experience of becoming a business owner.
  • Josh’s journey to sobriety, working in the bar industry.
  • Leading and inspiring others as a sober man.
