Shortly after starting his yoga journey, Bryan began a consistent meditation practice. He challenged himself to meditate every single day for 90 days, but it's what happened at the end of the 90 days that he found his purpose. He realized the power of the subconscious mind on the outward life we live. Now he helps people reprogram their subconscious minds with love, gratitude and abundance for the outcome they are wanting. 

In this space is he loves to make the yoga and spiritual community laugh. He noticed people were very competitive and took their practice so seriously. "It's just f*ckin yoga" he thought. People need to relax and have fun on their yoga and meditation journeys. This perspective inspired him to create a space for the community where they could laugh while they practiced. He helps people just like you find their truth, gain confidence, and release f*cks… all with a smile. He'll do the same for you.
