In this Season Opener, I have a heartfelt conversation with my personal practitioner Dr. Sonia Singh.  I detail how my life was run down at the end of 2021 with a host of health issues that brought me to finally consider getting care from a doctor.  This conversation dives into how there are many more women like me who put their health care last, who work non-stop without breaks, and who ultimately end up with longer-lasting, higher-costing illnesses because we didn't see a doctor first. 

This episode is a great one for my fellow peri-menopausal ladies, I want to encourage you to seek medical attention if you feel off or because of our age we require additional testing.  We discuss hormones, stress, weight fluctuations, and mental health.  Dr. Singh is an ocean of information and great practical advice.  I'm so grateful to have found her and to introduce all of you to her!
