Seasonal Sadness

I’m going to be honest with you, I have no idea what the hell I’m doing, but I do know that it’s working!!! I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression for many years and I finally decided to wake up and no longer be stranded from depression. In this journey we talk about the down and dirty of being depressed, having anxiety, lacking self love and confidence, but we talk about how to get out of this depression and how to seek the love you have for yourself. Becoming self aware. It’s still a learning process for me, but the journey I’ve been on has been a blessing. Spirituality has helped me open my house and find that confidence and love for myself. The difference with my podcast, I will always keep it real with you. Notated how much motivational videos you hear, you’re still human and you will feel down some days, so this is why I’m here!
