Waffle 'N' Flex
Seasons 2 - Episode 4 : Men's Mental Health Month
Hosted by Craig & George.
Welcome to Waffle 'N' Flex - The sh*t chat you didn't know you needed.
*Trigger warning, we do talk about mental health and suicide.
We couldn't think of a better time to do another episode of the podcast than this month with it being Men's Mental Health Month.
In this episode we discuss what it's like to be a man and suffer with mental ill health from our own experiences. Covering how to help others and importantly, help yourself through those dark times. We touch on how to avoid getting to the breaking point and where to seek help should you want it.
Below are a couple of links/numbers to reach out to if you feel like you need to speak out.
Please remember, never suffer in silence, there is always someone there who will listen, and if you don't think there is, Craig or Stobbsie will happily listen and do our best to help you.
