It's the end of an era and the beginning of a new season of change. Today, I'm saying goodbye to The Braving the Way podcast, and launching a brand new podcast next month. The timing of one chapter closing and a new chapter beginning feels exactly right. Over the past year, I have been redefining who I am and what I do and if you have been following along, you know that it has been quite the journey.
In this episode, I'll be sharing how I navigated the end of a devastating divorce which was extremely dis-regulating for all of my parts, and the path of processing and healing that I undertook. I'll also speak to my new life with my love, Mabel -- and how despite warnings and skepticism from others, Mabel and I found each other as true soulmates, able to lift each other up, and hold space for each other in the worst of times.
I'll also speak about finding and living in your community, and LIVING in integrity. Life is constantly changing and evolving and finding your healing journey along the way is critical for you, whether you have DID or not.
As I shed the last 12+ months and step into my new skin, I'm doing so with a few parts having gone through fusion, and with the understanding that I wish to broaden what I do and how I help. Moving forward, I will be expanding this podcast and all of my companies to provide support for both those with DID and those without -- for we are more than our diagnoses.
Thank you again for all the love and support you have shown over the years. I'm beyond excited about the new era I'm stepping in, and I can't wait to share it with you.
