We had the pleasure of sitting down with Sebastian Siegel, who is a British-American director, actor, author, athlete, and dexterous artist of many talents.

He is preparing for a much anticipated release of his latest feature film that he wrote produced and directed called GRACE AND GRIT, based on Ken Wilber’s acclaimed book.
