Your constitutional rights are under attack! It is reprehensible that the Supreme Court refused to stand up for our constitutional second amendment right, enumerated right there in the text of the constitution. The constitutional text expressly guarantees the right “to keep and bear Arms” and that right is specifically enumerated – not implied – and guaranteed to the “people”. The Supreme Court grievously erred in mooting the second amendment case from New York City, NY State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v City of New York, NY. I analyze this case, the two conflicting views of our Bill of Rights, and discuss recent bad guns laws in Virginia.
