Planning for the second Brigham City Open Billiards Tournament was well on its way—with Road Warriors for the Missing selected as beneficiary of the charitable event—when news broke on Aug. 17 that two Tremonton Garland Police officers had been killed responding to a domestic violence call and a sheriff’s deputy and his K9 partner had been injured.
