What happens when life gives you a story you never would have chosen?
Love is easy to talk about. Living it out when someone disappoints you, hurts you, or simply requires more patience than you have is much harder. Scripture describes a love that goes beyond feelings—a love willing to forgive, serve, sacrifice, and show up when it matters. As we receive that kind of love from Christ, His Spirit gives us what we need to put it into action in the relationships right in front of us.
Sometimes the hardest person to see clearly is yourself. The voices and experiences of the past can leave behind a distorted picture—telling you that you’re not enough, that you’ll never change, or that your failures define you. God’s love tells a different story. When you begin to see yourself as His beloved child, you can let go of false identities, grow into who He created you to be, and keep taking the next right step.
What if you choose the wrong job, move to the wrong city, or make a decision you regret? The fear of missing God’s plan can leave us anxious, second-guessing ourselves, and afraid to move forward.
Ben Young explains the difference between God’s will and His guidance—and why following God doesn’t mean decoding a hidden plan for your life. God cares about our decisions, but His Word gives us a clear place to begin: knowing Jesus, receiving His forgiveness, loving others, growing in faith, and putting His teaching into practice. When those things become the foundation, we can move forward with greater freedom and trust God to guide the details.
Ever feel like you’re constantly trying to earn someone’s approval? It’s easy to get stuck chasing acceptance, carrying guilt, or wondering if you’ll ever be enough. But you don’t have to live there. Jesus takes our sin and gives us His righteousness. Because of Christ, forgiveness, acceptance, and a new identity aren’t rewards for getting everything right—they’re gifts of grace.
It’s hard to find your way when everything around you feels dark. Confusion, resentment, fear, and even the lies we tell ourselves can slowly distort the way we see God, ourselves, and the people around us. But God is light, and His truth brings clarity to places we’ve struggled to see clearly. As we step into that light, grace meets our brokenness, forgiveness gives us a new beginning, and our lives can begin shining that same hope for others.
Life gives us plenty of opportunities for a fresh start, but real transformation goes far deeper than a new season or a clean slate. God invites us into something completely new—a deeper relationship with Him that changes the way we see the world, understand His truth, and experience His presence. The same God who makes all things new is still at work today, inviting us to know Him more deeply and share that hope with others.
