In today's episode, I wanna talk to you about a technique that is best for people who already can regulate themselves in arguments. If you think as soon as an argument starts, you cannot cool yourself off without taking a break. This technique might not be for you. But if you do think that you can do that and it takes a while for you to heat up then this is a great way to circumvent a long argument by giving one another a second chance.
If you would like to learn more about me and my practice feel free to stop by my website, sunrisetherapies.org.
