Amazing Story

I honestly was reluctant to read this book because I wanted Bartol to focus writing more books related to the Kricket story. I'm glad I gave in. This is an amazing book. I cannot wait for book 2 to come out. I think that it'll be released sometime in 2018 .... It's too long of a wait!!

If I were 15 years old I would have loved this book. but at my age I found it predictable and wanting

Would you listen to Secondborn again? Why?

I'm not used to plain modern day Sci Fi / Fantasy,but...... I was intrigued by the short summary of this book and decided to give it a try. I was inno way disappointed. The plot line is new and original. The action is mostly fast paced. The suspense is palpable. Bravo!!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Secondborn?

The end is very surprising.

Which scene was your favorite?

Again I would say the ending. Although as with most books I TrueType enjoy,I wanted it to go on and on....

Hard to say. I'm not much of a movie buff..

Exceptional story and narration.

This book was the perfect mixture of everything!!!

First may I say I loved this narrator! She read the book at the perfect pace and the performance absolutely sold me. Lovely voice!

I don't review books often but I couldn't resist with this one. This book is the definition of perfection! The author is so brilliant not only in her phraseology, but her design and layout of the story structure. The plot had an easiness, yet did not lack depth. You can tell when authors are truly wizards at their craft, and Bartol is masterful. There was action, suspense, mystery, love, and more action and it was seven layers of awesome!

I LOVED this book! Loved! It was everything I was looking for and so much more! Secondborn is such a wonderful and refreshing read for those who love a luxurious, dystopian, sci-fi novel with a touch of forbidden romance.

I can't say enough good things. The description and vocabularies used to describe Roselle's world didn't leave me scratching my head.

The love scenes weren't overbearing, awkward, or annoying.
