Empty bread plastic bags, two litre milk bottle labels, bread bags and courier bags are just some of the plastic that has been repurposed into creating delightful, bright and beautiful shopping bags. It takes approximately 30 empty bread bags, and eight hours to complete one bag. Our next guest said lockdown helped dust off her hobby of crochet and fuse it with her love for recycling. Today, nine ladies from the Harbour and Imizamo Yetho are transforming discarded plastic into these magnificent shopping bags.
