When we choose not to forgive, we’re only hurting ourselves. The other person is often living their life—while we’re the ones walking around with the heavy burden of unforgiveness. Let it go for your own peace. 

We also need to stop judging others. Every one of us has made mistakes in life. Instead, choose compassion. As seasoned women, our life experiences should make us softer, not harder—wiser, not harsher. Our strength shines brightest when it’s wrapped in grace. 

 Living life on your terms—even in marriage. I talk about choosing joy, traveling solo when your spouse stays behind, and giving yourself permission to be 'selfish' in this season of life. What if they don’t support it—do you stay home or still do you? 

Give yourself permission to dream. Uplift your spirit by planning where you want to be—one year from now. Whether it’s personal growth, launching a business, traveling, or finding peace, it's okay to dream big. Because with vision, intention, and action… it can and will  happen. 

 As we come to the end of the year, my wish is that we fulfill our dreams and live out our purpose. Let us remember, as women, it’s okay to be selfish sometimes and prioritize self-care. Don’t forget—you have the strength to finish everything you started. Let’s tie up all loose ends, embrace the new year with intention, and live our lives on purpose.

On today’s podcast, we’re talking about embracing your beauty and allowing yourself to feel good about who you are. I shared a personal moment about my gray hair and how I love to feel my best. As we chatted, I took out my hair color stick and began covering my gray hair—because that’s my choice to feel confident!

Some women fully embrace their gray hair, which is amazing, but I choose to cover mine. The key message? It's about what makes you feel good and empowered.

I also encouraged women to finish this year strong. It’s not too late to start or complete your goals—just get it done! Whatever it is, take action and end the year feeling proud of yourself.

 We must stop holding onto doors that have closed in our lives. Often, we’re afraid to move forward, fearing the unknown, yet staying in our comfort zone. We need to recognize when a chapter has ended and have the courage to move on. Embracing the closed doors allows us to step into bigger and better opportunities, opening a new chapter that God has prepared for us.

 "Often, we shrink ourselves to fit into relationships we've outgrown. It's time to move on. There's no need to judge; just kindly move forward. Some people prefer to stay the same, resisting growth, but I choose to evolve. When the conversations no longer change, it's time to grow—unapologetically." 

I noticed my environment—clothes everywhere, things out of order. It hit me then that I was overwhelmed with unfinished projects and a hectic workflow. I took a moment to sit down, talk to myself, and begin putting my life back in order. It's okay to feel this way and to take time to check in with yourself and regain control.

 Prioritizing one's mental health and well-being over staying in detrimental situations. Whether it's a relationship, business venture, or marriage, recognizing when it's time to move on and taking the necessary steps to protect one's peace of mind is crucial. My advice encourages self-care and resilience, reminding people that it's okay to let go and start anew. 

 It's never too late to go in search of a true friend. Many people experience similar feelings of loneliness and the desire for deeper connections. Friends do come and go at different stages of life, and it's natural to feel nostalgic for those who have drifted apart.  Remember, it's perfectly okay to feel this way, and taking proactive steps can lead to fulfilling and lasting friendships.
