The inspiration for this episode came up through shifting I have been doing, and through a question I received in a recent from someone who booked an Alchemy session with me. Thought I would share this since it has been coming up as a recurring theme in many people's lives. It's something that has been a powerful realization for me and a shift that will change the way you see your daily life. Big shifts happen over 6 months to a couple years. It is how we experience our daily life that reflects how we feel about ourselves and our world around us.
