Bailey is an outstanding Marketing who has worked for Billy Gene is Marketing and she was the one responsible for bringing her new employer into the new age with online challenges.

During the show, we discuss how Bailey got to where she is in her career today. She started studying international business and then went into the workforce and worked for Billy Jean, taking notes when he would speak.
She then moved to a different company and was able to talk to the CEO often, pestering her with her ideas. This eventually led to her taking over the marketing department, which started out as 3 people.
