Joel knew he was an entrepreneur from a ver young age. At 14 yo he started a landscaping business and hired dozens of kids in his hometown to mow lawns and do yard work.
After college he went to work for a family real estate business in Chicago where he was mentored in all things real estate; specifically industrial brokerage. He later started his own brokerage business.
These days his main focus is managing his portfolio of 16 industrial mostly occupied by manufacturers, and grow his investor base.
