You must have a settled purpose or absolute direction to a certain end. You need to settle in your heart that you will not be denied the gratification of reaching your goals.

It is one thing to have information about God; however, information does not replace your intimacy with God. If you want to walk in financial increase, you must become intimate with what God says about your finances. You can ask Him those intimate questions about your finances that you will not ask anyone else. You can be assured that He will answer you.

Lucia explains that you must first have the revelation that God gave you His authority, and then you must walk in that authority so you can decree financial increase and live a victorious life.

To build your faith for financial increase, she shares several verses but Psalm 35:27 is one she has decreed for years, Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; and let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

God wants us to be like Paul and realize He doesn’t choose us for our strengths; He chooses us because of our weakness.  He’s not concerned with your natural limitations and abilities, He just wants you to have faith in Him and His abilities in you, and then have the determination to see the job through to competition!

Success doesn’t just suddenly occur one day; you prepare for success every day.

Decisions and self-discipline always go together, and you can’t have one without the other if you want to live a victorious life. The only adequate preparation for tomorrow is the right use of today! So, seize the day and make the most of every day of your life so you can live the victorious life God created you to live!

The decisions you make today, and the self-disciple to follow through with those decisions will make your life better. John Wooden says it best, “Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”

We can’t deny change when it comes to our lives, and we can’t stop making choices to change and grow or we become stagnant in life.  We need to embrace change because it helps us grow. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”

Lucia will encourage you to change your habits this year, because if you don’t, this year will be like last year, and next year will be like this year.  Before you know it, you will be at the end of your life with a bag full of wishes and I should haves!
