When landlords move in the wrong neighbors and leasing agents aren't worth keep calling with complaints. No people don't move because a different race have moved in there neighborhoods people move because we work hard for what we have. And when state programs pays your new neighbors rent and they bring there hood ways with them who want to live near them.
