This morning, we finish our series on eternal security looking at 2 objection passages: 1 John 2 and 1 John 3.

“Yeah, but what about…?” This is a very common question that comes up when discussing the topic of eternal security. The idea is that one cannot only emphasize one side of the coin and must teach a balanced approach. If the Word of God teaches eternal security in a host of passages, then why does it seem to teach that you could lose your salvation in other passages? This is the question that we want to try to answer over the course of the next few weeks.
