What began as being the point of contact between the SaaS vendor and security firms shifted into working with the engineers building the solutions.   Having worked directly with but not for security firms, he has a different perspective on the challenges faced by security firms when choosing to deploy new technology and how the relationship with their SaaS vendor plays a vital role in the deployment's success.
