Some designers choose finishes that simply serve the functionality of a product. At Nonfiction, we intentionally incorporate sustainably made finishes that work with the product to forge emotional connections with users. Water-based wood stains, virtually-enhanced finishes, self-healing paint, these are just some of the many finishes we think about when we design desirable products and experiences for our clients.
