Just as the Jews were exiled from Jerusalem 600 years before the birth of Christ, many today are feeling exiled in one way or another.  Tears of sorrow may be shed now, but tears of joy will be shed upon their return.  These tears the psalmist would call "Seeds of Joy" as we hear in this episode of Turning Home.
