It's Theo & Bel. We are back with episode 8. Today we talk about the importance of goal setting and how to actually do it effectively.
We discuss the research and some of the neuroscience of goal setting. We then explore two frameworks for effective goal setting: the SMART model and the PREP model.
SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time frame. PREP stands for positive, realistic, endpoint and personal. Make sure to listen for more details of each step of these models.
At the end of the episode, we mention some helpful tips in relation to your goal setting.
