Many have lived similarly to Lisanne- a life of poverty, neglect, abuse. The damage does not get wiped away when you become an adult. We all want to be known, valued & loved. How are we responding to others hurt & their mistakes?

We all can't become advocates like Lisanne, but maybe we con learn a bit from her.

What do we expect of ADULTS that were not protected in childhood?

How would you respond if your child shared about an abuse? Why would a child start taking drugs? Why would someone willingly give themselves to a pimp?
