God gave us emotions, and emotions can be very prominent in our life. Sometimes those emotions can get a little foggy. Emotions like shame, depression, anxiety, envy and anger. God can help us see how those emotions can lead us directly to Him. He can help us see through the fog.

This week we see through the fog of shame. Shame thrives in secrecy, but when you take a step to open up, you take a step to freedom.
