1. Pastor Ryan began this sermon stating two truths about Jesus that fuel our obedience (1) He meets our needs, and (2) He brings us home. Have group members fill out the details of these truths together, answering, "How does Jesus meet our needs? Be specific. And, "What does it mean that Jesus brings us home? In what ways does this encourage you?

2. "Contributing to the needs of the saints" | Christians strive to meet the real needs of others generously with discernment and wisdom that does does inadvertently enable laziness or a "freeloading" attitude. What are ways that you have sought to balance these things personally? What are some ways to balance this better moving forward? Be specific.

3. How are you doing in showing hospitality to one another? Is this enjoyable, difficult, infrequent? Be specific. What do you enjoy most about hospitality? Regarding showing hospitality—what is most difficult for you in this season of life? How do you currently plan to improve your personal showing of hospitality as a single or family at Immanuel? Spend some time repenting of ways you have failed to show this kind of hospitality in the past months/years.
