In this episode I’m talking about doing things for yourself. Seeking validation from yourself is so much better and more beneficial than seeking validation from others. If you continue to seek validation from others it’s a driving black hole that will never stop draining you. Whatever it is that you love to do or want to do for yourself do it! Even if that means you’ll be doing whatever that is alone. It’s ok to be alone.
