Galatians 5:1 “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”

I recently read this verse in a Bible Study. Since then, I've been wondering, what does it mean to live a free life? What types of worries lead me back towards a life of worry? How can I live in freedom today and every day?
