How can God expect us to have His heart when none of us can find or have it? It is beyond us, beyond finding out… The answer is that our flesh cannot know God’s heart. We are made of flesh and spirit. We cannot understand God intellectually… it’s impossible. The Holy Spirit knows the heart of God! And the Holy Spirit dwells within us, revealing to us the heart of God - and that starts by revealing to us how wicked our own heart is.
