Day 10: Seeking God's Wisdom
Scripture Verse: James 1:5
Devotional:
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James's words remind us of the importance of seeking God's wisdom in all areas of life. God's wisdom is a source of guidance and direction, a light that illuminates our path and helps us make wise decisions.
Seeking God's wisdom means acknowledging our need for His guidance and asking for His help. It means being open to His leading and trusting in His provision. God's wisdom is a gift that is available to all who seek it.
As we reflect on the wonder of God's wisdom, let us also consider how we can seek it in our own lives. We are called to be wise stewards of the gifts and opportunities God has given us, to live lives that honor Him and reflect His character.
Prayers:
Prayer of Thanksgiving for God's Wisdom: "Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Your wisdom. Thank You for guiding me and for helping me make wise decisions. Help me to seek Your wisdom in all areas of life and to trust in Your provision. May my heart be filled with gratitude and trust in Your guidance. Amen."
Prayer for Seeking God's Wisdom: "Lord, teach me to be a wise steward of the gifts and opportunities You have given me. Help me to seek Your wisdom in all things and to live a life that honors You. May my life be a reflection of Your character and bring glory to Your name. Amen."
