This episode focuses on different coping skills to deal with anxiety on a day to day basis, most of them given to me by my therapist. It also talks about breaking the stigma for mental health illnesses and normalizing that people struggle and need help just like breaking a leg or having cancer. Medical attention for the brain (mental disabilities) is just as important as the rest of the body, if not more.
