Have you ever heard the expression, " you act like you own the company"?

By acting like the boss, one day you may very well own the company. There are companies that create incentives for employees to feel empowered to be part of something great. Companies and business owners find that by creating that environment, it will drive employees to be creative, loyal and cost-conscious. Experiment this week and work with the idea that this is your company. At the end of the week look back and see how you felt being the boss, the owner. Let me know what happened.
