Life is precious and a present. Each day, we have an opportunity to live to the fullest and count it all joy. 
In the episode, I challenge you to re-examine your cup.  Is it half full or half empty? Are you walking in your  gift and your purpose? If not, take a moment to stop and appreciate the fact that you woke up this morning. Time waits for no one.  Go seize the day.
