Disappointingly short for a $2.99 book!
Well written with interesting characters. However I feel pretty ripped off. This is a SHORT STORY and it does not say so in the description.
Loved it!!!
If you want to read a historical romance with a forceful hero this is your book. I enjoyed this short story of the knight claiming the heroine. She was not shrinking violet so it added another erotic feel to the story. I just love the love aspect of it and how the hero uses some forceful persuasion to conquer the heroine. Would recommend for anyone that would enjoy reading dub con, forceful, dominant alpha knight out to conquer more than the lands. Heroine was right along with him.
BEWARE SPIOLERS:
I enjoy reading Ms. Kendal's historical forceful romances. I really wish the author would make them full length and gives me the perspective of the male as well. Such as the story for "An Officer's Lady: Sweet, Sexy, and a Little Naughty" by Marie Alexander being the full length novel to the great short "Disciplining Eve: Victorian Domestic Discipline Household Taboo (She Grew Up with the Man of the House Book 1)". To make it clear I love them both, so I am not complaining, but man those full length books give it another dimension and perspective. I would also recommend "Claiming His Ward: Historical Victorian Household Taboo (Older Man of the House Book 1)". Also, can you please make "Claiming Mae" full length as it was teased in the end to "An Officer's Lady". Still waiting anxiously for that one!!!!
