The end of Psalm 3:2 hits us with a special word in the Psalms, “Selah.” This word, even if we can’t determine an exact corollary for translation, prompts us to pause and reflect. It prompts us to ask God to tune our hearts to the melody of the Psalm.

Selah—What does it mean and how can it help us?

A little bit each day! We look at the Bible one verse at a time (and still in context!) in hopes of training our mind, heart, and hands (actions) to glorify God in all things. This makes for a great companion in the morning to launch into further study or prayer.
